Individuals wishing to salute their own or a loved-one's military service are invited to fill out the form provided. A bronze plaque four inches high by nine inches wide will be mounted in the area of your specific service. Each plaque may contain four lines of up to 22 letter spaces each for additional unit or medal information.
The Marine section of the wall Plaques are available for a tax deductible donation of $300. The Central Coast Veterans Memorial Museum is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization operated entirely by volunteers. The operation of the museum depends on such donations. Please
