The nationwide mission of the Veterans History Project is to collect, preserve, and make accessible the personal account of American war veterans so that future generations may hear directly from veterans and better understand the realities of war.

The Museum is the only local officially-designated countywide program site for the Library of Congress Veterans History Project. Volunteer interviewers are trained and will work with you to set up an interview either at the Museum, at your home, or wherever works best for you. 805-543-1763
